Golden Oldies/Special Needs Scheme
This Scheme was introduced several years ago to encourage members of the public to consider adopting a cat who is either elderly, or who has a health problem. Cats adopted under this Scheme will have future vets bills paid, at the Trust's discretion.

Fosterer Required

Do you have time on your hands, and love cats? If so, could you be interested in fostering a cat for the Trust until it can be homed? A garden pen, food and litter would be provided by the Trust. For more details about this rewarding work please  send us an email at catsactiontrust@gmail.com to receive an application form.

Leo

LEO
Cattery JS

Leo is 8 years old and came in through no fault of his own. He has been with the trust since November and is desperate for a home to call his own. He is such an affectionate cat who adores attention. Leo would be best suited to a mature home but would be absolutely fine with visiting children.

Jerry

JERRY
Cattery LE

Jerry is approximately 6 years old. He came to the Trust as he was living outside after being abandoned by his owner. He is wary of strangers but once you have his trust he is very affectionate and a real lap cat. He is clean and eats anything. We feel he would be best suited to a lady owner and as an only cat although he is ok with his fosterers elderly female cat. He has lots of love to give and would be a lovely companion for someone.

Toby

TOBY
Cattery HP

Toby is a 2/3 years old black and white male and very friendly. He is a lovely cat, not sure if he is used to children or dogs but is outgoing, eats really well and is not at all fussy, he just wants to be loved, please can you help.

Black

SUZIE & BLACK
Cattery HP

Suzie And Black are two females 17 and 16 years old. They are both very friendly and love a cuddle, will tolerate a cat friendly dog, eat well and are healthy for their age.

Pip

PIP
Cattery JA

Pip is a sweet, 2 year old female. She is neutered and micro-chipped. She has had a rough start in life and as a result is nervous around strangers, however is very friendly once settled. She loves to play and enjoys human interaction. She will need to have her own space and would be best suited with a single, experienced cat owner. She deserves a quiet home where she will get the space and attention she needs.

Laya

LAYA
Cattery CJ

Here is Laya, she is the sister of Luke, same age, she has thicker fur and is nicely marked all over. They will need to be rehomed together, she is very affectionate and loves watching the birds. (Suspect she is a bit of a hunter)

Luke

LUKE
Cattery CJ

Here is Luke, brother of Laya, he is 2 years old , all black, he is quite small, very friendly and playful. He loves fishy dinners and is happiest lying on his hammock. He likes being scratched behind his ears!!!

Missy

MISSY
Cattery CH

Missy was found recently in a ladies garden, she is chipped but we were unable to trace her owners,we know she is 13 yrs old. She is in very good condition and has had a health check by our local Vet. Missy has been very unsure of what has happened to her but is slowly coming out of her shell, she lets you stroke her and pick her up. She would be better with older people who will be happy to continue with the work done by her fosterer, a garden would be nice to allow her to enjoy the sun. Please call to arrange to see her.

Hero

HERO
Cattery JA

Hero is a handsome 2 year old, neutered and micro-chipped male. He is very affectionate and laid-back, and greatly enjoys human company. He loves to play and roll around in his pop-up tunnel, and purrs readily when stroked. He is healthy and has a very soft tabby and white coat. He was very loved in his previous home but came to the Trust as the child he lived with was allergic to fur. He would like a forever home with a safe garden for him to explore.
